The subject of scientific research is realisation of fair trial standarts in russian commercial procedure. The dissertation deals with problems of interaction between legal positions of the ECHR and Russian arbitration practice. The conclusion is made that the case-law of commercial courts does not always coincide with the ECHR's legal approaches, and in some matters even contradicts them.
