In the Tatar Republic - as a whole in the USSR - the system of the Unified Labor School was introduced. Nevertheless, there existed regional specificity. In particular, when the years 1918-1935. broad powers were given to the local department of the People's Commissariat, the teaching of regional history continued in Tatarstan schools. Practically, this means that during this period the only historical narrative, the broadcasting institutions of school education on the history of Tatarstan, having regard to the history of the USSR.
