International Market Entry Strategy for Information Analytical Project

The work is dedicated to the making development of information-analytical project enter strategy model to the global market and its validation in the TwitterPro project. In Chapter 1, the author overviews the different approaches to the definition and construction of the project development strategy, as well as existing competitors in the international market. Chapter 2 is devoted to the development of a model that allows offering the development strategy of the information-analytical project. Author has proposed model consist of five steps: project analysis and description, making a short-list of countries that are most suitable for the development, competitor analysis, the choice of one of the 6 possible strategies and the evaluation of investment attractiveness. In Chapter 3 Kudryavtsev approves the proposed model by TwitterPro project by analyzing the business plan, the market for such services and the possible scenarios for the promotion and monetization of the service. The work was to propose an appropriate choice of entry strategy of development for the information-analytical project and the classification proposed by Software Education.
