Diagnosing Competitive Ability in Russian Trading B2B Companies

The work is dedicated to the development a diagnostic model of competitiveness of Russian trading companies in the B2B sector. In Chapter 1, the author examines the various definitions of the term "competition" and "competitiveness" offers author’s definitions of these terms and conducts a logical relationship between competition, competitiveness, and competitive advantages. Also in this chapter, we discussed the specific of Russian trade enterprises B2B sector and identified differences between B2B and B2C sector enterprises. Chapter 2 is devoted to the adaptation funds and organizational diagnosis in relation to competitiveness. In Chapter 3, the author suggests own model based on the theories of A.Osterwalder and K.Omae, approved by the example of commercial enterprise LLC "MAXIMUM-NN." As a result of this analysis, a number of recommendations for the company adjusted the direction of the company's development and the achievement of its goals.
