The Study of the Global Technological Experience of Utilization of Associated Petroleum Gas

The introduction explains relevance of the theme, purposes and main tasks of research, their theoretical and practical relevance, set object and applied methods of research. The first chapter of paper is “The impact of associated petroleum gas (APG) on the environment”. It covers the composition of harmful substances that are formed during APG flaring and describes the impact of the harmful substances on the environment. The second chapter “Russian experience of APG disposition” considers current status of using of APG, standard and legal acts that regulate existing methods of APG disposition and factors that influence on the choice of methods of disposition. The third chapter “International experience of APG disposition” considers applicable existing methods of restriction of APG flaring in other countries. The experience of APG disposition by advanced western countries and the former Soviet Union countries are analyzed in the third chapter. The fourth chapter “Description of the model of the vertically integrated oil company” describes model, the choice of the set of variable used in calculation, description of variable and model of the vertically integrated oil company as separate functional blocks. The main stages of calculation of required data used as decision of set tasks are given in the chapter. The conclusion proposes key results of the conducted research and gives some recommendations for their practical application.
