Scientific Results in Technological Entrepreneurship Commercialization Models' Study

The paper analyzed the existing forms and commercialization models of scientific research projects in technological entrepreneurship from open data sources. In the analysis of the literature special attention is devoted to the development of technological entrepreneurship abroad at different times. The russian context of the transitional period and features of Russian reality were analyzed in the paper. As a result of this study, there were some trends to conservation the principles of creating and maintaining business process from different generations, but there have been some evolution changes. Also, a thorough analysis of the existing commercialization models of scientific research was conducted, which are used in Russia and other countries. Each of these models has been considered in detail, described as a graphic and test format. It was also analyzed the work of the IAP RAS on the basis of available information on the official website of the Institute and personal interviews with leaders and representatives of small companies were conducted that have come out of this institution. The study identified commercialization model that used viewed companies, as well as the model of commercialization of scientific research for the IAP RAS. To implement the developed model of commercialization it was asked to create a separate structural unit within the IAP RAS - Technology Transfer Center. The model developed for the commercialization of scientific research personnel IAP RAS help implement a successful transfer of technology and to promote them in the market.
