Graduation qualification work – Master’s thesis " Staff Assessment System in Greenatom" Thesis director: Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor at the Department of organizational psychology Mkrtychan Gerasim Amirovich. Reviewer: leading training staff specialist in the company “Greenatom” Biryukova Alena Valerievna. The modernity and relevance of this work lies in the fact that at the moment the personnel appraisal is an important tool in the human resource management system. In the company, the personnel appraisal is carried out by Human Resources and today much attention is paid to this process. The object of research of this work is “Greenatom’s” employees. The subject of research is the personnel appraisal system. The purpose of the research - the analysis of personnel appraisal system in the company “ Greenatom” and proposing recommendations for its improvement. To reach the purpose the following objectives are defined: • the study of the theoretical aspect of personnel appraisal and systematization of the experience of rating Russian and international companies; • the analysis of the appraisal of employees according to the corporate model of competences and values; • the investigation of limitations of the current appraisal system in the company; • the proposal of recommendations for improving the appraisal system. In the first Chapter of this work theoretical foundations of the concept of personnel appraisal. The second Chapter is devoted to the analysis of the personnel appraisal system. In the study of the appraisal system the main constraints referring to the procedural, methodological and organizational part . The implications for practice are that proposed recommendations for improving the system of personnel appraisal can be used by specialists of Human Resources in the company “Greenatom”, and companies having a similar system of personnel appraisal.
