ASEAN and the Evolution of Asia-Pacific Economic Regionalism

Multilateral diplomacy based on ASEAN centrality is the great achievement in the integration process. ASEAN centrality is the principle that guides ten ASEAN countries which involves the creation of an extensive network of multilateral and interactive platforms. ASEAN centrality plays an important role in the regional architecture and is a key element in understanding the processes of economic regionalism in East and Southeast Asia.

The work carried out systematic, structured analysis of the institutions of Asia Pacific multilateral diplomacy and held the definition of the modern role of ASEAN in regional economic cooperation processes and prospects of futures ASEAN development.
