Improvement of Business-Process of the Entrepreneurial Company JSC «BTZ»

Improving business processes is an urgent research topic, especially in the Russian market. Optimization is conducted in the US and Europe companies has been for 20 years, when in Russia a similar method to improve business performance started to be used only. The object of study - the company OJSC "BTZ". Subject of research - the improvement of business processes in the company. Purpose - to develop proposals for the improvement of business processes and improve business efficiency for OJSC "BTZ". Research problems are solved by applying the following research methods: analysis, survey, interview, observation, testing, photographing, measuring, comparing. the following hypotheses have been put forward: • Business process reengineering contributes to business efficiency. • Profits derived by improving business processes, exceed the costs of measures for improvement. Final qualifying work consists of an introduction, two chapters and conclusion. The first chapter defines this concept as optimization and reengineering of business processes, examines the history of the emergence and development of these processes in foreign countries and Russia. In the second chapter, an analysis of existing business processes in the enterprise OJSC "BTZ", developed proposals for improving the processes and improve business efficiency with the subsequent evaluation using different economic models. Finally, to sum up, is the difference in the numerical value obtained by changing business processes. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the effort to optimize business processes. The practical significance of the work due to the formation of specific recommendations for the optimization of business processes, allowing it to increase productivity, efficiency, and reduce costs and time of economic resources.
