he topic of this thesis deals with deep concern derived from the public opinion and national companies toward the temporary regulation of investment policy in the light of Commissions involvement in the process of transatlantic lobbying institutionalization (for example the creation of the Transatlantic Economic Council (TEC), moreover, the Commission has initiated the creation of the two most powerful lobbying organizations ( the Transatlantic Policy Network (TPN) and the TransAtlantic Business Dialogue (TABD), whose proposals Commission is promoting now. This concerns require examining the possibilities of EU Trade strategy to set transparent non-discriminatory investment system. With the use of policy network analysis and coalition framework this paper analyzes the transformation of the European model of lobbying after the Lisbon Treaty, namely, what has changed in the relations between the EU institutions and stakeholders, which channels of influence have been lost and identify new channels and access of influence. And on a basis of these analyze this research considers transatlantic lobbying as a specific model of lobbying, making new contribution to lobbying comparative studies.
