Development of the Guerrilla Marketing Strategy for the Company "Team Gorky"

The purpose of research is the study of the use of guerrilla marketing strategies and the development of marketing strategies for the travel company "Team Gorky". In order to achieve this purpose the following objectives shod be accomplished: 1. To analyze the state of the tourism industry; 2. To investigate the practices, tools and factors constraining and motivating the guerrilla marketing in the tourism industry; 3. To investigate the factors customers choice when deciding on the purchase of tourist services in the segment of adventure tourism; 4. Develop functional elements of a marketing strategy using guerilla marketing tool. The object of research is the tourist company "Team Gorky". The subject of investigation - a set of guerrilla marketing techniques. The methods: theoretical analysis of the literature, analysis of secondary data, expert interviews, customer survey. The success of the small businesses and their competitive advantage depends on choosing the right marketing strategy. The concentration on a narrow market niche is preferred for small businesses. More and more companies prefer unusual way to attract attention. In particular, more memorable and low-budget tools that are included in the term "guerrilla marketing".
