Projects Quality Evaluation in Internet Marketing

In nowadays there is increasing demand of Internet marketing from a business perspective. Most companies have insufficient resources and expertise for self-promotion on the Internet. So they apply to agencies which providing services of Internet marketing. However, the agencies face the following problems: it cannot always generate confidence in its work, find the right approach to the customer and has a risk of losing the order. To solve these problems a comprehensive methodology was developed to evaluate the quality of Internet marketing projects. It involves quality evaluation at the each stage of the project life cycle. The methodology is based on the approach of the project quality definition, which has been synthesized from two well-known approaches of Terner A. and Razu M.A. These approaches have been adapted for the Internet marketing. The methodology was applicated in the project of the agency «Like Marketing» whose customer was the cafe «Sushimafiya». The problems of the projects quality were identified. Thereafter, recommendations were provided for improving quality of the «Like Marketing» services and other «Sushimafiya» projects.
