The subject area of this research, conducted by Kseniia Avdonkina, includes problems of regional investment project management. The analysis made in this study includes examination of theoretical and practical approaches to investment potential management in the of the region by implementation of region-wide projects. The study includes a review and analysis of successful practice of infrastructure development of the region of the Russian Federation and its social complex by means of effective management of investment resources available. The steps to optimization and the improvement of the investment climate in Perm Krai were proposed based on the study of the of regional investment project management system. The results of this study are of interest for public authorities engaged in process of regional investment project management, as well as for investors.
