The Usage of Happiness Index in City Project Management

The paper considers the approach to design happiness index of the city Perm. We downloaded big set of photos from popular social network Instagram and analyzed them. The content was analyzed by two methods: semantic analysis comments and analysis photos with Emotion recognition technology. After examining the recommendations on the use of the happiness index in the management of urban projects.
