Analysis and Improvement of Logistic Process in the Company

The topic of this final qualifying work is the analysis and improvement of logistics processes of the company. The purpose of research – analysis and elaboration of recommendations on improvement of the logistics system as an integral factor of increasing of efficiency of functioning of enterprise on the example of "GAZ". The relevance of this study is that there is a need for adapting to changing circumstances and work in the Russian Federation methods that should be aimed at optimization of core logistics processes and the integration and coordination of the participants in the supply chain. The diploma work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and list of used literature. Scope of the study – 73 pages. Books, articles, interviews, statistical database, legal documents, official Internet resources have been used for the writing of the work.
