Factors Increasing Investment Attractiveness of M&A between Russian and Foreign Companies under the Economic Instability

The object of the paper is about cross-border M&A between Russian and Foreign companies. The subject of the paper is about factors increasing M&As investment attractiveness between Russian and foreign companies under the economic instability.

During the paper the following tasks will be accomplished:

• Theoretical foundations review of the trans-border M&A;

• Consideration of the M&As investment attractiveness concept and methods of its evaluation;

• Analysis of the M&As’ market activity between the global and Russian companies;

• Review of the factors that increase investment attractiveness of cross-border M&As under the economic instability;

• Conduction of empirical research to find out factors that was used to increase M&As investment attractiveness between Russian and foreign companies during the period of 2014-2016;

• Formulation of conclusions based on analytical and practical examination and give recommendations on the possible problem solutions.
