Organization of the Working Process and HR-Management in Transmedia Project Production

Research note focuses on the problems of organization of working process and human resource management arising in the production of transmedia project due to the fact that it combines a variety of work, which managing specifics implies two opposite approaches of management: namely the process and project. The paper discusses ways to minimize arising because of this problem, and even ways to benefit from such combination. As from a theoretical point of view, both based on the practical application on the project. In the work can be found a few practical methods media projects managing, especially transmedia projects.
