Appraising the Maturity Level of Business Process Management in the Organization Based on BPMM, PEMM Standards and etc.

The research is devoted to the problem of an assessment of the business process maturity level of management in the organizations. The complex analysis of the modern standards basic provisions of the business process management maturity level of assessment is carried out to the organizations (CMMI, BPMM, PEMM) in the current work. Approach to such an assessment in work consists in joint use of provisions of the CMMI and PEMM standard. Application of CMMI provides reflection of specifics processes software development. At the same time PEMM provides accounting of those entity activities aspects which are not considered in other assessment of the business process maturity level in modern standards – these aspects characterize not separate business processes but the general terms of functioning of the organization providing effective management of processes. Practical application of work consists in determination of level of a maturity for "Exigen Services".
