Television continues to be transformed and develop in an era of development of digital technologies . In our research an example of creation of TV channel is reviewed, which content existed before only on the Internet platform. Thus, it is very important to understand what defines the content policy of TV channel at a stage of his start how it is under construction to have an opportunity to compete not only with other TV channels, but also the Internet.
