The rapid development of technology has affected significantly the relationship of professional journalists with representatives of their audience. In the XXI century, thanks to the variety of social media and mobile technology standard users of consumer information have become full participants in the information process. Today, anyone can fix on your smartphone materials from the scene and other unusual situations witnessed by chance that he was, and to share this information on the Internet. With this trend in the pages of publications keeps popping up amateur photography, and in the production of television programs - amateur videos. However, user video content is different from the usual audio-visual series of modern television, so there are special methods by which the creators of integrating and adapting web video into the structure of television.
