The Types of the Civil Procedure in the Russian Federation: the Systemic Questions of the Theory

The present research is devoted to the survey of the existing types of the civil procedure in the Russian legislation which is conducted in order to define the necessity and the validity of each type’s separation nowadays. The author analyses both legal and theoretical basis of the issue. The researcher examines the scientists’ works of the prerevolutionary, soviet and contemporary periods. Also the legal norms and the supreme courts’ positions in the sphere of the Russian civil procedural law are studied. The overview of the recent changes and current discussions in the explored sphere is given. In the conclusion the author proposes own point of view to the problem of the civil procedure’s types in the Russian Federation.
