Quazi Non-Profit Organizations as a Means of Promotion of State's Interests, 2000-2015

Today in Russia all the organizations of the third sector operate in accordance with article 50 of the civil code and several Federal laws that reglamentary activities of non-profit organizations. There are a number of organizations created at the initiative of the state, functioning under his patronage are the instruments of the state policy or ways of promoting interests of the authorities. The activities of these organizations certainly not regulated in legislation, which makes them even more interesting to explore. The relevance of this study due to the need to identify parameters by which to determine whether or not some Russian NGOs correspond to the classic NGOs or existing set of characteristics allows them to refer to QUANGO/ to be a separate type? The work consists of introduction, two chapters and conclusion. The first Chapter will examine the classic characteristics of NGOs and QUANGO. In the second Chapter we will examine the characteristics of some Russian non-commercial organizations to determine their belonging to a certain type and identify the purpose of the establishment of these organizations.
