Efficiency Evaluation of the Youth Policy of Russian Parlamentary Parties

Research question. Whether the activities of the youth organizations of the parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation effective? Object – the policy of the parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation in relation to youth organizations. Subject – policy effectiveness of parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation in respect of youth organizations. The purpose and objectives. The goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of youth organizations of the parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation Objectives: • To study the characteristics of the activities of youth organizations of the parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation • To determine what formal and informal practices influence the activities of youth organizations of the parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation • Choose and apply a methodology to assess the effectiveness of the activities of youth organizations of the parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation. Methodology – normative-sociological institutionalism. Method – a comparative case study. Hypothesis. Activity of youth organizations of the parliamentary parties of the Russian Federation inefficient, because the formal structure does not correspond to the informal, and the tasks are not executed. Provisions for the thesis defense • Each youth organization focuses on specific activities that have little overlap • The formal structure of the youth organizations are very different from informal, which causes the lack of coordination of activities • None of the presented youth organizations not fulfilling its tasks fully, which indicates the inefficiency of their work
