Automated Assessment of Managers' Performance Effectiveness on the Example of "Modern Trade" LLC

The paper focuses on the issue of improving managerial decisions made by officials of a trading enterprise while an automated assessment of managers’ performance is executed. It provides investigation of the trading enterprise features and sales staff motivation. Sales volume and payments volume of shipped goods are defined as indicators for managers’ effectiveness evaluation. It is also offered the model of trading enterprise operation, which includes main processes for managers’ performance assessment based on the chosen indicators. Practical part of this research covers the structure of the information system «1C». The dataware for enhancement of system default configuration is developed in order to give directors an opportunity to execute the assessment of managers’ effectiveness on the basis of sales volume and payments volume of the shipped goods. Algorithms of managers’ performance planning and monitoring with the usage of improved information system are provided. Automated assessment of managers’ performance effectiveness is realized on the example of «Modern Trade» LLC.
