Procedural Rights Misapplication in Civil and Arbitration Proceedings

The author of this work elaborates the separate term of procedural rights misapplication in civil and arbitration proceedings. The negative sides of the Code of Civil Procedure of Russian Federation & the Arbitration Practice Code of Russian Federation unfair behavior provisions are also marked out. Presuming the importance of the elaborated term legal implication, the author takes into consideration the ways of current procedural unfairness problems revealing.
