ABSTRACT to the master thesis on the topic: " Stakeholder management in construction projects of public-private partnership " This master's thesis is devoted to the consideration of the management concept of stakeholders in construction projects of public-private partnership. The problem studied is the absence of relevant systematic information on governance stakeholders in projects of the Russian construction industry and approaches to their solution. Work purpose: to define the main methods of management of various stakeholders in the implementation of the PPP projects. This will allow you to develop an approach to solve problems and, ultimately, to assess the effect of their implementation. The Practical value of work consists in development of recommendations for the use of concession agreements as a tool of harmonization of stakeholders in construction projects of public-private partnership. The first Chapter provides an overview of publications on the topics of characteristics of management of construction projects of public-private partnerships, as well as the necessity and the effect of managing stakeholders. The second Chapter presents a study of the processes of management of stakeholders in construction projects, described the methodology of the study and the results of the qualitative analysis of the obtained results. The third Chapter describes the proposed instrument to harmonize interests of stakeholders during the entire life cycle of building a PPP project.
