The Building of the Company Risk Management System

An approach to risk management system changes and improves by the action of various economic events every year; in this case risk analysis of the company is particularly relevant during the current crisis. This study examined the various economists’ research on how the risk management system developed and which methods of risk measuring appeared, including both qualitative and quantitative approaches. In this work we were considered risks in a diversified company and performed calculations on the example of MTS PJSC. The regression analysis and methods of the Corporate Metrics were involved, according to which we made calculations using the Monte Carlo simulation in the Crystal Ball software. In the practical part of the work we carried out analysis of the impact of macroeconomic factors on a company's revenue, predicted its development in 2016-2018, also we predicted free cash flow index based on historical data of its components, carried out the analysis of the possible fall of MTS shares. As a result of calculations, as well as a preliminary analysis of the risks on the basis of its annual statements and expert opinions, the risk management system was developed.
