The Phenomenon of Procrastination in the Choice of Life Goals

The purpose of the study was to investigate the phenomenon of procrastination in connection with the time perspective and hardiness of the person. We measured: level of procrastination, time perspective of personality, level of hardiness. Results of the study showed that there is an inverse relationship with a focus on the future, focus on the positive past and the level of hardiness. There were no significant age-related differences in the manifestation of procrastination.
