Organizational Culture Of Entrepreneurial University: Case Of Tilburg University

The paper contains the analysis of modern concepts of entrepreneurial university and role of organizational culture in the establishment of such university. Research frameworks for organizational culture are analyzed and role of organizational values as a central constituent of culture is considered. It is defined that organizational culture of entrepreneurial university contains both academic and entrepreneurial values. The methodology for diagnostic of culture of entrepreneurial university is developed, the diagnostic of organizational cultures of Tilburg University and HSE-Nizhny Novgorod is implemented. It is revealed that an entrepreneurial university is characterized by communal type of culture. It is also demonstrated that orientation toward academic values predominates among HSE-Nizhny Novgorod academic staff.
