Connection Between Professional Identity and Conflict Behavior Among Psychology Students

Thesis subject of graduation work is "Connection Between Professional Identity and Conflict Behavior Among Psychology Students ". In theoretical part of the work is submitted the analysis of the concept "identity", the main approaches to research of a phenomenon of identity are considered, the main characteristics of professional identity as subspecies of social identity are considered, comparison of the concepts "professional self-determination" and "professional identity" is carried out, process of formation of professional identity is analysed and, in conclusion, the problem of discrepancy of personal characteristics of the psychologist which are demanded from him or her by a profession, and the qualities which are really shown by him or her is considered. In empirical part of the work results of research of communication of professional identity and conflict behavior of students psychologists, and also their interpretation and conclusions are presented. This work includes introduction, two chapters, the conclusion, the list of references and applications. The total amount of work – 92 pages, without applications – 71 pages. The list of references includes 102 references from which 12 foreign. Total of diagrams and tables in work – 14.
