In this paper, we study the adaptive model of drug administration during anesthesia. The analysis of existing pharmacokinetic and mathematical models. We introduce the parametric interval uncertainties and parametric algorithm parry disturbances developed. Objective is to build adaptive anesthesia management system "Assist the anesthesiologist." Perform mathematical modeling of anesthesia management system using MATLAB software.
