Socio Legal Concept of Traditional Confessions in Russia: Comparative Analysis

The master's thesis is a comparative analysis of the socio - legal doctrines of traditional Russian confessions. Socio - legal doctrines presented social program documents adopted traditional confessions in Russia. The paper considers the views of Russia's traditional religions on matters of state and law. Part of the work is devoted to the practical implementation of the socio - legal doctrines of traditional Russian confessions. Comparative analysis of socio - legal doctrines of traditional religions in Russia, will allow us to talk about the unity of the existing understanding of the role of the traditional religions of Russia, in the dispensation of social service, the relationship to the state and legal institutions. Despite the fact that the socio - legal program of traditional Russian confessions, have a number of distinctive features, due to dogma and historical conditions of the development of various faiths in Russia, a common understanding of the vector of state - legal issues coincide.
