Research is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regulation of medical workers. This is one of the first surveys performed in the context of economic reform of legislation. In his study, the author conducts a deep analysis of the current legal regulation of medical workers. The content of scientific work supported by examples of regulations regulating the work of health professionals.
