The Introduction of the Process Approach for Improving the Efficiency of Managing of the Exhibition Complex

In this paper, the organizational management of the largest exhibition complex "VDNH" is studied, and the introduction of the process approach to management is proposed instead of the functional approach, which is used for many years. The transition to the process approach to management of the exhibition complex is recommended to execute in order to increase management efficiency and to control the activities of the organization. The study includes a preliminary analysis of scientific approaches to management, which allows to compare them and to define the process approach as the most suitable and effective for the exhibition complex. Then the introduction of the process approach to management is assumed to implement by identifying of business processes and business process modeling of the organization. Moreover, it includes the further analysis of business processes and suggestions for effective optimization. Thus, this paper provides the implementation of the practice of continuous improvement of the organization activities of "VDNH" in accordance with the process approach to management. In addition, it will improve many business processes of the exhibition complex, which are ineffective at the moment, thanks to the opportunities of the process approach and the use of modeling tools, analysis and optimization.
