The Problem of Political Regime in the President Republic

This dissertation deals with the problem of the influence of the presidential power on the political regime in the presidential republic. The possible schemes of presidential impact on the political regime are listed by taking into account that the president is the head of the State and the head of the executive branch of the Government. The analysis of the presidential powers is made also. In terms of the analysis, made by author, the methods of limitation of the presidential power are named.
