Organization and Optimization of Business Processes at the Enterprise Manufacturing Textile

The purpose of this project is to perform a study of business processes in the textile manufacturer and retailer company - the factory, which produces and sales colored sweatshirts and t-shirts. Business processes will be designed and implemented by using an experimental method, furthermore the efficiency of optimized business processes will be evaluated in the given research. In addition, some key performance indicators and a platform for their calculation will be developed during the study. All these measures will help to estimate the effectiveness of establishing, optimization and existence of certain business.
