Representation in the Commercial Court

Legal representation is one of the main institutions of the arbitration procedure. Citizens, entrepreneurs or legal entities may use representative’s services, and in some cases the legislator refers to the law of the fact that a certain number of persons are required to submit certain representatives in arbitration court exercise their constitutional right to judicial protection. The present study was aimed at analyzing the provisions of the Arbitration Procedure legislation on rules governing the participation of the representative in cases arbitration courts. The study has investigated the history of the emergence and development of the legal institution of legal representation in the domestic law. The role of the judicial representative in proceedings in the courts of the Russian Federation within the framework of the arbitration process, the conclusions of the significant importance of this activity for the modern Russian society, the administration of justice, and those in need of timely qualified legal assistance.
