Risk Management Of Innovative Activity Of A Company On The Example Of Venture Project

The relevance of the research topic is characterized by a decline in activity in the market of innovative investment because of high risk venture projects, especially in the last two years. This leads to the fact that part of a successful and profitable projects are not implemented. Risk management is a fundamental factor in the successful implementation of the venture project. The aim of this work is risk management of the venture project, and develop a plan of recommendations for the management of risk. The object of this study is a venture project, the subject - methods of risk management of venture projects. In the first Chapter of the work discusses the theoretical foundations of risk management of innovative projects and discusses the funding structure of innovation. The second Chapter discusses the methodological framework of the study: stages of risk management of innovative projects, methods of identification of risk, appropriate mitigations and risk assessment techniques: qualitative and quantitative. The third Chapter is a study of the risk of venture capital project, identifies the risk factors that is stronger than anything can affect the implementation of the project, proposes measures for risk management, and in conclusion, the analysis of the optimal venture capital investor exits from the project. Practical significance of work consists in possibility of application project managers of the research results and developed measures to minimize the risks. A list of key words: Venture project, risks of innovation, stages of risk management, risk identification, quantitative and qualitative methods, performance evaluation, Monte Carlo simulation, the exit of the investor.
