This study is devoted to studying of gender aspects of project team work. We hypothesize that mixed-gender groups perform better than the same-gender groups when they have a project task. During the modeling experiment the hypotheses were confirmed, so mixed-gender groups performed better than same-gender groups. To say more, the fall-out result was discovered - that the level of creativity is much lower in masculine groups than in mixed-gender and feminine groups, that was confirmed statistically. The study maybe used by organizations and students while forming project groups.
