ANNOTATION Diploma "Peculiarities of regulation of personal data protection of workers' By student Faculty of Law, Department of Labor Law and Social Security Law, "Higher School of Economics" Gudkova Olga In this diploma "Features of Legal Regulation of Protection Employees’ Personal Data" were conducted basic provisions for the protection of workers' personal data legislation. The objective of this work is a detailed examination of the features of legal regulation of the processing of personal data, taking into account scientific evidence and the facts, applicable law, judicial and law-enforcement practice, identifying possible gaps, conflicts, practical problems and make proposals for their elimination. To achieve these goals in the dissertation discusses the main provisions of the law on the protection of workers' personal data, as in national law, and international level; the features of the protection of personal data in the course of labor and other related to them; analyzes the types of liability and penalties for violations in the field of personal data protection legislation of workers in view of the consideration of cases on the protection of personal data of employees of the Russian Federation courts.
