This study focuses on the modeling and optimization of business processes of high-tech enterprises in the sphere of small business. As a part of this work scope of high-tech enterprises and small businesses were studied, as well as key challenges were identified for the creation and development of activities in the field of study. As a solution were used reference models based on the study of specialized literature and based on the results of the study of business processes and company-specific approaches.
