Recommendation Services on the Market of Online Education

This paper investigates the global market of online education. Special attention is paid to the Russian market of online learning. The full-time educational environment is viewed, the main parameters of the system of interaction between "teacher" and "student" are enumerated. The key advantages of the system are outlined. Virtual learning environment is also considered as a part of the educational process. The analysis and assessment of distant learning are given. Analysis and comparative characteristics of full-time educational environment revealed the qualitative characteristics of an effective methodology for the construction of the educational environment and creation of knowledge of the transmission channel. The basic precondition for creation of educational environment is e-learning. Now educational e-learning environment is not systematic. It is one of the factors of a large dropout rate of students, who do not reach the final point of the educational process. Hence, there is no usual learning environment, which omits not only the transfer of information in the form of existing knowledge and experience, but also social interaction, which helps to digest the resulting material and to obtain a communicative experience. The main consumers of e-learning are viewed. Based on the parameters of free time, the level of income and age, the segmentation of consumers is performed. Consumers due to the fact of depending on the individual characteristics have different requirements for individual training and educational opportunities. For each segment the recommended service of online course selection and training for the purpose of construction of educational process, is described.
