Analysis of Financial Stability and Measures of Its Improving on the Case of the Company OOO "Priboi"

The financial stability analysis has become a major goal of business units in order to prevent crisis situations in conditions of today's unstable economic climate. The purpose of final qualifying work is to analyze the methods of financial stability evaluation, to carry out the analysis of the enterprise OOO Priboy and to develop recommendations for strengthening the company financial stability. During the research the following tasks were completed: - to analyze the existing definitions of financial stability; - to study existing methods of assessing and forecasting enterprise financial stability; - to test the applicability of domestic and foreign models of the bankruptcy risk assessment to predict the financial state of small trading enterprises; - to analyze the financial stability of the company OOO Priboy; - basing on the analysis results to make recommendations for strengthening the financial stability of the company Priboy. выявлена невозможность применения некоторых моделей прогнозирования банкротства в отношении малых российских предприятий, We obtain the following results: the research showed the impossibility of application of some bankruptcy prediction models to small Russian enterprises, as well as the inefficiency of domestic models in determining the risk of bankruptcy of small Russian trading enterprises; OOO Priboy deemed to be financially sustainable; the analyzed company received a number of recommendatory measures aimed at strengthening financial stability. Thus, the study showed the practical application possibility of theoretical principles dealing with prospective and retrospective financial stability analyses of enterprise with the use of indexes and foreign models of bankruptcy probability prediction.
