Consideration of the Context-Aware Business Processes by the Example of the Application Processing

The aim of this work is to research capabilities and efficiency of the context-aware business process management for the clients’ application processing. For achieving the object it is necessary to solve such problems as definition of the concept of context in the business processes, analyzing clients’ applications processing in terms of contextual dependence, its context model development and the effectiveness evaluation of considered process control based on the context. In the course of solving these problems the following results were achieved: 1. After studying different articles on business process development the concept of context was defined as a minimum set of parameters which contain all the needed information about the states of process and its environment and influence on the business process modelling and implementation. 2. During the analysis of the clients’ application process on a state enterprise with a wide affiliated chain the following context elements were identified: the clients and claim characteristics and the classification of themes, containing in this claim. 3. The following elements are the most important for the context-aware model for the considered business process: the theme of the application question, the information about the product, the incoming channel, the type of the client and the department and employee responsible for the application processing. 4. It was found that the context-aware modelling is useful for business process model management in the changing environment and helps to identify the main data for the data model and reports used for process instances execution monitoring.
