Physician Burnout During Public Health Restructuring in 2012-2015

This work is dedicated to the syndrome of emotional burnout of doctors in the health system restructuring period in 2012-2015. The study problem is widespread in many professions, but doctors are most susceptible to the negative influence. Psychologists from different countries work together to identify and resolve issues related to professional burnout. The degree of dependence of occurrence of CMEA in different countries is different. It depends on the country's economic development, on the application of management strategies of motivation of work, from the mentality of the nation as a whole, but the main reasons are the same, but vary in percentage terms. The article considers approaches of Russian and foreign experts working on this issue. As shown by studies conducted in the course of work, CMEA indicators in different regions are different. It depends primarily on the financing of a given region, the level of wages, work on labor motivation management manual. The problem of burnout in physicians can be solved by an integrated approach of public authorities, health authorities and medical personnel. By common efforts of physicians and management can achieve positive results in the prevention and correction of professional burnout of physicians during the general health system restructuring. In many ways, the decision depends on the burning problems of the personality of the doctor. This work shows that less susceptible to burn people with social support, trusted friends, a stable family relationships, creative and friendly atmosphere at work. It is also leading an active life, developing in the profession who have goals and plans for the future.
