The topiс of the graduation paper is "Possibilities and limitations of the person - centered approach to human resource management practices in Russian companies". the main purpose of this paper was to explore the possibilities and limitations of the approach in russian organizations. The empirical data was collected by new questionnaire, which is based on interviews with the specialists in person - centered approach in russia. The collected data proved the hypothesis about russian hr specialists having the ideas of person - centered approach's possibilities. these ideas are probably connected to the idea of the perfect organization , though in real ones russian hrs mostly see the limitations of the approach use.
