Structure of Motivation of Personnel in Commercial and Non-Commercial Organizations

Current study is dedicated to describe structure of motivation among Russian teachers, working in commercial and non-quango nonprofit educational organizations. A Teacher's Professonal Motivation Survey hsas ,been developed in the stream of SDT motivational theory of Deci and Ryan and then has been applied to sample Moscow and regional educational staff (N=60). The findings shows the predomination of intrinsic forms of motivation among Russian teachers, which does not depend from commercial or non-profitios orientation of educational organozation.
