Background research comes from the fact that the leaseback is particularly effective in times of unstable economic situation, when the company is experiencing an acute need for cash, and receive them through other forms of attraction of borrowed funds is not available. After all, as a rule, during the crisis, banks are tightening lending conditions, more carefully evaluate prospective borrower, so small and medium businesses have fewer opportunities to obtain funding. In this situation leaseback can be a way for the company. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the return of leasing as a means of refinancing of working capital, the cash flow model using leaseback, and identify the impact of the leaseback to change the prices of shares of companies. Result of the work is to analyze the effectiveness of leaseback in crisis as well as overseas markets (US and Europe), and in the domestic market. As part of this analysis, it became clear that the Russian market of sale and leaseback is underdeveloped compared with foreign markets. In addition, it planned to build a regression model assessing the impact of certain factors on the value of the company shares.
