The subject of this graduate qualification work is “Development of the monitoring system in retail trade network”. The work consists of three parts: theoretic, analysis of the current market supplies and developing of the manual in building monitoring system in retail trade network. The theoretical part is devoted to such concept as monitoring system; it gives review to the most famous and popular retail networks, depicts economic and practical significance of the subject in the world market. The second part assumes more detailed lore with the most popular monitoring systems, analysis of intelligent systems, their advantages and drawbacks. The last part combines with analytical and recommendatory aspects. It covers practical variants of realization of monitoring system in retail trade network. The innovative idea of improvement in organizing monitoring system in retail trade network is introduced in this part of the work.
