As the main methods of research have been used studying of concepts of psychoanalytic approach in coaching and business-consultation and also a method of deep interviews with 15 coaches practicing psychoanalytic coaching. Relevance of research is caused by small study of a question of features of use of psychoanalytic tools in coaching and delimitations of a method which easily can be unconsciously broken by consultants. Main results and conclusions of research: Psychoanalytic coaching is the integrated practice using tools and technology of two approaches – classical coaching and psychoanalysis. Research has shown that the most difficult in a method is psychoanalytic component. The research shown the key difference of using of psychoanalytic tools in the psychoanalytical coaching is lack of deep study of the unconscious conflicts of the client, as in psychoanalytic therapy, and need of binding of more profound knowledge of the client about itself with his external reality for her change. The main restriction in work is the possibility of leaving in the course of the psychoanalytic coaching in therapy which coach can not always notice. Using of two different methods in psychoanalytic coaching, one of which focuses attention on study of internal problems of the client, and another – on the solution of his external tasks, creates a peculiar internal conflict between approaches which is expressed in need of restriction of using of tools of both approaches for the psychoanalytical coaching. In this regard this conflict forms also an internal dilemma which psychoanalytic coach face in work, balancing between two approaches.
